Cromwell Medical Staffing is currently recruiting an experienced Band 8a Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) / Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to work in Essex. This senior role is ideal for highly skilled practitioners seeking long-day agency shifts within a busy NHS environment.
Role Highlights:

Provide advanced clinical assessment, diagnosis, and management across your specialty area

Autonomously lead patient care, including complex cases

Work within a multidisciplinary team in line with NHS ACP frameworks

Long-day shifts within a supportive and professional environment
Requirements:
*
Registered health professional (NMC, HCPC, or equivalent)
*
Master’s level qualification in Advanced Clinical Practice (or demonstrable progress toward MSc ACP with portfolio evidence)
*
Non-medical prescribing qualification (V300) or working toward within an agreed timeframe
*
Advanced clinical assessment skills, including history taking, physical examination, and clinical reasoning
*
Minimum of 2 years post-registration advanced practice experience in the UK
*
Full compliance including references, mandatory training, DBS, and immunisations
*
Right to work in the UK
