Job Description
Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant work experience in manufacturing, process laboratory environment, or hands-on research facility.
Mechanical acumen and chemical handling experience preferred.
Employee must be able to work independently with limited instruction.
Must be able to lift up to 50-lbs and move heavy items with assistance occasionally.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support by operating lab pilot-scale mixers, pumps, and tanks according to a provided trial plan or procedure.
Review of process controls and data for report out and further optimization.
Effectively communicate data and trial learnings to coordinator for continuous improvement.
Employee will be expected to use initiative and troubleshooting skills to help identify problems and implement corrective actions.
