VCA Vitality Animal Hospital in South Salem, Oregon, is seeking a Certified Veterinary Technician to join their small animal general practice!

Our busy hospital is focused on quality medicine and performs surgeries five days a week. We are proud to be AAHA accredited and will be Fear Free certified by the end of the year.

South Salem is located within 1 hour of Portland, Oregon. We have tons of history in our downtown district with fun shops and boutiques. We are close to many outdoor activities, including skiing, hiking, snowboarding, and surfing. For a little tranquility, check out Silver Falls, a lovely water feature with a walkway underneath.

As a member of the VCA Vitality team, you will support Doctor teams by creating a positive, low-stress atmosphere for our clients and patients. Your mission will be to win the confidence of every pet parent—by delivering an outstanding client experience—so we can provide exceptional care to every patient. Physical examinations and patient assessment
Anesthesia monitoring

Schedule: Full-time opportunity. Five 8-hour shifts. Monday-Saturday, closed Sunday.
Compensation: Starting at $23 – 26 / hour. Pay dependent on experience and licensure.
Must have a current veterinary technician license in the state of Oregon or be eligible to transfer/obtain a license in Oregon.
