DISABILITY ASSESSOR – HASTINGS AREA – WCA ASSESSMENTS
Salary: £39,500 + Bonus & Annual Salary Reviews
Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours (Part-Time Available)
Location: HASTINGS
Hybrid Role: 50% Home-Based & 50% Site-Based (Must Be Based in HASTINGS Region)

RCN-accredited training & CPD opportunities Your Role:
Work Capacity Assessment and Personal Independence Payment (PIP) assessments are separate courses, and candidates will have the option to choose between the two courses for training and development.
Work to set guidelines and clinical standards, ensuring professionalism and accuracy in every assessment.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills, effectively explaining complex medical concepts in a way that is easy for claimants to understand.
Strong typing and IT skills are essential, as you will be required to complete comprehensive reports within designated timeframes while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. What You Need:
HCPC/NMC registration (Minimum 1 year post-registration experience in adult healthcare)
Strictly for adult-registered clinicians:
Nurses: RGN, RN, RNLD, RMN
Allied Health: Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Paramedics
