Commercial Excellence Analyst
Evolve are partnering with a dynamic and forward-thinking healthcare organisation to recruit a Commercial Excellence Analyst who will play a pivotal role in shaping commercial strategy. As a senior member of the Market Intelligence team, you’ll work closely with UKI Sales and Marketing to drive high-impact commercial excellence initiatives, influence decision-making, and help unlock new opportunities for growth. This is an exciting chance to bring your expertise to a collaborative, ambitious environment where your insights will truly make a difference.
This is a full-time permanent position based in our clients head office in the North West of the UK.

Ideal Requirements for the Commercial Excellence Analyst
* Skilled at uncovering performance trends and meaningful insights, transforming complex data into clear, strategic recommendations that empower Sales and Marketing teams to take decisive action.
* Strong grasp of the commercial levers that accelerate revenue growth, optimise sales productivity, and drive measurable business performance.
* Hands-on experience contributing to forecasting cycles, providing reliable analytical input that strengthens commercial planning and strategic decision-making.
* Proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives that elevate commercial excellence, aligning teams and processes to deliver improved outcomes and sustainable growth.
Role Responsibilities for the Commercial Excellence Analyst
* Lead the insight engine that empowers the Sales and Marketing teams—owning dashboards and analytics that shape decisions, sharpen forecasts, and illuminate market opportunities.
* Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Finance to drive impactful Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) initiatives, including strategic sales targeting and other high-visibility projects.
* Play a key role in shaping the future, supporting the organisation through medium-term strategy cycles and forecasting, ensuring teams have the data and clarity they need to succeed.
* Champion continuous improvement, identifying new ways to enhance reporting, elevate SFE practices, and strengthen Commercial Excellence—ultimately helping drive sustainable revenue growth.
