Community Nurse – Shropshire (NHS, Agency Contract)
Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Community Nurse to join an NHS team in Shropshire on a temporary agency contract. This role offers flexible shifts, primarily 9 AM – 5 PM, and an opportunity to work within a supportive healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in a community setting
Administer medications, including diabetic insulin
Manage syringe drivers and provide end-of-life care
Perform compression bandaging and wound care
Assess, plan, and implement care plans tailored to patient needs
Work independently and liaise with multidisciplinary teamsRequirements:
Registered Nurse (NMC Pin) with community nursing experience
Full, clean UK driving licence with business insurance (essential)
Ability to work independently and manage caseloads effectively
Strong clinical skills, including medication administration, syringe drivers, diabetic insulin management, and compression bandagingContract Details:
