Job Description:
Pay Range: $45hr – $50hr
- The Project Manager eDiscovery & Data Preservation will oversee and manage data preservation projects, ensuring timely execution, compliance with internal guidelines, and delivery of accurate reporting metrics.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong project management skills, data handling expertise, and effective communication across multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate expertise and experience in metrics and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, MS Teams Channels, and SharePoint.
- Actively communicate with and deliver status updates to project managers and business partners.
- Manage large volumes of data and project-related records efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records for all data preservations, including operations performed, dates, and formats of preserved data.
- Utilize industry-standard electronic Client and data forensic hardware and software to ensure data integrity.
- Familiarity with tools such as EnCase, FTK, Cellebrite, and hard drive cloning operations (hands-on experience not mandatory).
- Communicate professionally and effectively with project managers, business partners, and project leads.
- Execute all preservation activities according to established intake processes and internal guidelines.
- Adhere to strict timelines and project schedules.

- Scripting experience preferred but not required.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in eDiscovery, Security Investigations, or a similar Project Manager role.
Qualification And Education:
- Bachelor s degree preferred but not required.
- Industry-related technical certifications preferred but not required.
- Education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields preferred but not mandatory.
