* Manage a caseload, conducting risk assessments (e.g., DASH), and developing tailored safety and support plans.

* Liaise and collaborate with key agencies, including police, health services, housing providers, and MARAC.

* Advocate for the rights, needs, and wishes of survivors, ensuring their voices are central to the support process.

* Maintain accurate, confidential case records in line with safeguarding, GDPR, and service protocols.

* Respond swiftly to changes in risk levels, taking action to mitigate harm and ensure client safety.

* Participate in case reviews, supervision, and multi-agency meetings as required.

What We're Looking For

We welcome applications from both qualified IDVAs and those with relevant experience in related fields.

Essential:

* Experience supporting victims/survivors of domestic abuse OR working in sectors such as:

* Knowledge of risk assessment tools (e.g., DASH), safety planning, and safeguarding procedures.

* Strong interpersonal, communication, and advocacy skills.

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multi-agency framework.

* Commitment to equality, diversity, and a trauma-informed approach.
