Shift Hours:8am-4pm or 7am – 3pm.
TOP REQUIREMENTS
1. Able to operate/calibrate lab equipment
2. Basic Computer Skills esp. with Excel
3. Strong teamwork and communication and report writing skills
Key Responsibilities
" Conduct qualitative and quantitative lab tests
" Learn and apply new testing methods to support materials science innovation
" Use spreadsheets to compile and analyze data
" Share findings with project requesters
" Collaborate with team members on larger projects
" Safely operate and calibrate lab equipment under supervision

Qualifications
" High School diploma required; Associate degree or technical training preferred
" 0 2+ years of experience in lab testing or manufacturing
" Experience in paper and packaging industry is a plus
" Familiarity with papermaking and paperboard products preferred
" Strong initiative and ability to work independently
" Excellent teamwork and communication skills
" High degree of mechanical aptitude and technical curiosity
" Comfortable working in lab, pilot plant, and production settings
" Basic computer skills, especially with spreadsheets
" Able to lift and carry samples up to 50 lbs.
