Overview:
The Laboratory Clerk is responsible for transferring ordered tests to the LIS (Laboratory Information System) or appropriate lab slips, processing billing information and charging. The Laboratory Clerk is also responsible for the labs’ clerical and phone duties.

Qualifications:
Preferred Education:  High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Two years’ experience in dealing with the public.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:  Laboratory terminology and computer keyboard skills preferred.
