Job Title: Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)

Compensation: $80,000 $95,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Technician to join our Laboratory Services team. The MLT will perform accurate, high-quality laboratory testing across multiple departments to support patient care and clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and validate routine and specialized laboratory tests.
- Ensure all quality control standards are met before releasing results.
- Maintain accurate documentation and a clean, organized workspace.
- Assist with training of new staff and students.
- Participate in weekend/on-call rotation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to all CLIA regulations, lab safety, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Registered or eligible as MLT, CLT (ASCP), MLT (AMT), or HHS-certified.
- Must meet CLIA personnel requirements.
- Certification required within one year of hire.
- Previous lab experience preferred; new grads encouraged to apply.
