QTC Management is seeking a Medical Scribe/ Quality Assurance Specialist – in San Dimas, CA.

Job Details:

Working Monday- Friday between the hours of 7am-5:30pm

Training: Anywhere up to 6 months

Starting Pay is $24.15 after training graduation you will receive a 5% increase to $25.35


What part would you play in this mission??

In this role you will be putting your education and Medical Knowledge to play!

You will be responsible for reviewing documentation sent over from medical providers and ensure the report is complete, accurate and the veteran has received consultation for all of the medical issues listed. This position will require coordination with medical providers and our in house staff to ensure the veteran’s consultation is complete.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Review exam reports sent over from medical providers

Ensure all medical coding is complete and accurate

Ensure all tests have been ordered and completed

Coordinate with medical providers as needed for clarification of reports

Work with our in house appointment schedules to request additional appointments for the veteran as necessary


Must haves:

High School diploma, or equivalent (GED)

1-2 years of medical administration or clinical experience with strong medical terminology/ diagnoses knowledge.

Direct healthcare experience in medical case management or quality assurance to include the review of complex multi-focal medical reports for quality, clarity, thoroughness and insightful medical explanation

Less than 1 year(s): Healthcare, medical, or insurance related industry experience
