PFI Contract Coordinator, Princess Royal University Hospital, Bomley

Are you currently working within a PFI or contract environment and ready to take the next step in your career? This is a rare opportunity to move into a more commercially focused role within a high-profile NHS contract.

We are supporting a global facilities management company with the appointment of a PFI Contract Coordinator, a key role focused on ensuring compliance, performance, and commercial governance across a complex, multi-site healthcare contract.

The Opportunity

This role offers direct exposure to the commercial and contractual aspects of a live PFI environment. You will work closely with senior leadership, gaining experience in performance management, compliance, and contract mechanisms.

The Role
Based primarily at PRUH, you will support the compliance and performance of Soft FM services across three hospital sites.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting contract compliance from service delivery through to performance outcomes
Assisting with performance reporting and data analysis via CAFM systems
Monitoring KPIs, SLAs, and payment mechanisms
Supporting audits and driving best practice across the contract
Producing reports for senior stakeholders
Working closely with operational, commercial, and senior management teams
Candidate Profile
We are open to both experienced PFI professionals and individuals looking to step up into a more commercially focused role.

Essential:

Experience within a PFI, PPP, or contract-led environment (FM, healthcare, or similar)
Strong attention to detail and interest in compliance and performance
Comfortable working with data, reporting, and KPIs
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Desirable:

Exposure to PFI payment mechanisms or contract clauses
Experience within NHS or healthcare environments
Understanding of Soft FM services
