PATIENT DIAGNOSES: Radiation Oncology Patients
SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: Cover Physics clinical tasks during clinical hours.
The main center comprises 1 Varian Halcyon, 1 Varian TrueBeam, a Varian IX linac, a Nucletron HDR Afterloader, a Siemens CT simulator, and Sun Nuclear QA physics equipment. VisonRT is used for SGRT. Varian Eclipse and Aria are used for treatment planning and Record and Verify, respectively. Several special procedures are offered at the main campus such as MLC based SRS, SBRT, IMRT, VMAT, IGRT, T&O, and Vaginal Cylinder. The group also covers two nearby satellite centers, each comprising of a Varian linac.
