We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Middle Level QA Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying our SaaS platform, which utilizes Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, to ensure it meets the highest quality standards.

Your duties will include testing our SaaS platform for functionality and usability, creating test plans and test cases for our platform, executing tests, filing and tracking bugs, and ensuring all issues are resolved in a timely and accurate manner. Additionally, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any issues, communicating results to the development team, and providing feedback on how to improve the platform.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and be able to work independently and with other members of the team.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in QA engineering and software testing
• Experience with SaaS platform testing
• Knowledge of standard software development methods and processes
• Experience with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
