What you will be doing:
Lead a team with marketing and design expertise as well as understanding business
Build, lead, and review the work for creative team of production of all web, print, and digital marketing collateral
Manage content strategy for ale projects including digital and brand design
Develop marketing plans
Develop creative content for internal marketing campaigns
Develop content across all platforms for social, web and print
Analyze brand tracking, market trends, consumer need, and competitive landscape
Budgeting, forecasting, manage expenses
Coordinate with outside vendor partners on content projects
What you will need:
3-5+ years of experience as a Creative Director
Must have strong experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, or Skincare industry
7-10 years of experience in Production, Graphic Design for all channels including digital, social media, paid media, mobile, offline and print
Experience in DTC – direct-to-consumer brands, direct sales
Experience creating marketing, advertising campaigns
Experience overseeing production and budgets
Experience creating integrated content across all marketing channels
Experience with concept development
Experience in leading a creative team
Experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Canva, Google
Experience with all social channels including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X or others
