Quality Assurance Engineer (mobile & web Patform)
100% Onsite – 5 days a week in Seattle, WA
Duration: 5-6 Months

 

Key job responsibilities
• You’ll build and maintain test infrastructure for a multi-platform (mobile, web) product that will be used to validate all aspects of the product.
• Work alongside other Quality assurance engineers (QAE’s) to design, develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans and manual test cases to validate new features.
• Support automation frameworks that work across a wide range of client's devices with software configuration management (SCM) to establish a continuous build and test cycle.
• Leverage the existing automation framework to design, create and maintain an automated regression test suite.
• You will create and report test execution status summary along with defect information.

Basic qualifications
• 5+ years of quality assurance engineering experience
• Experience in automation testing
• Experience in manual testing
• Experience as QA lead on medium to large sized projects

Preferred qualifications
• Experience with at least one automated test framework like Selenium or Appium
• Experience in gathering test requirements to create detailed test plans and defining quality metrics to measure product quality
• BS degree in computer science or equivalent
