Job Description: Quality Assurance (QA) – Warehouse / Manufacturing
Location: Denton, TX (Warehouse)
Employment Type: Contract (Temp-to-Hire for right candidate)
Pay Rate: Hourly + Overtime
Schedule: Day Shift (OT as required)
Position Summary
The Quality Assurance (QA) Associate supports warehouse and manufacturing operations by inspecting materials, identifying quality issues, and ensuring accuracy throughout the logistics process. This role requires strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and prior experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment. Forklift certification is required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities

Perform quality inspections on incoming, in-process, and outgoing materials

Identify and document quality defects, damages, or discrepancies

Support logistics and warehouse teams to ensure quality standards are met

Maintain accurate inspection records using Excel and Outlook

Communicate quality issues to supervisors or leadership as needed

Safely operate forklifts to move and stage materials when required

Follow established procedures and safety guidelines
Qualifications

Prior experience in a logistics or manufacturing environment (required)

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

Forklift certification required

Basic Excel skills (beginner level)

Outlook experience (intermediate level)

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, not required
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment and perform physical tasks
