Job Title: Quality Control Parts Quality Specialist – Electric

Job Description:
We are seeking a Quality Control Parts Quality Specialist – Electric to oversee inspection, analysis, and improvement of electrical automotive parts. This role supports new vehicle projects and ensures all parts meet high-quality standards and comply with international requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality inspections per operational plan (field claim analysis, part inspection, supplier management).
- Analyze part quality issues and lead improvement activities.
- Organize and execute quality meetings and corrective actions.
- Manage quality-related equipment, facility investments, and budgets.
- Participate in new vehicle projects (inspection readiness, quality planning, evaluation response).
- Monitor vehicle faults and report findings.
- Ensure compliance with procedures, standards, and legal regulations.
- Support audits, certifications, and maintain related documentation.
- Coordinate external quality events and provide technical troubleshooting reports.
- Domestic and international travel required, including crisis response travel.
- Frequent overtime and weekend support expected (minimum 5–10 hours/week).
Qualifications (Minimum):
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical drawings and specifications.
- Strong verbal, written, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- 2+ years in automotive part quality control.
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Knowledge of quality management systems.
