Roles & Responsibilities:
- Good at ISO standards (ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 45001).
- Experience in interacting with Customer to understand the quality issues and solve them.
- Shop floor experience on quality issues and providing solutions.
- Experience in Calibrations.
- Experience in Six Sigma and Lean Principles.
- Audit, Certification experience.
- Perform regular inspections and tests on products and processes to identify defects and ensure compliance with standards.
- Analyse data from tests and inspections to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Find solutions and implement corrective actions.
- Work closely with engineering, production, and other departments to improve quality training staff on proper quality control procedures and best practices.
- Ensure follow-up to projects on issues related to quality, environment, and safety.
