Quality Inspector – 2nd Shift | $20/hr
Location: Westlake, OH
Shift: 2nd Shift – 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday (Overtime on Saturdays, 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM, every other Saturday)
We are hiring a Quality Inspector for a 2nd shift role in Westlake, OH. In this position, you will be responsible for visually inspecting bottles and jars for quality and accuracy. If you have attention to detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this is a great opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform visual inspections of bottles and jars to check for issues such as label accuracy, code dates, leaks, and cap placement
- Inspect pallets of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Pull defective items off the line and set them aside for documentation by the Team Leader
- Stand for long periods and complete repetitive tasks with a focus on detail and consistency
- Occasionally lift cases of product (30-40 lbs) onto or off pallets as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous quality inspection or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot defects or inconsistencies
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Comfortable with occasional lifting of up to 40 lbs
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
