Are you a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) looking for a rewarding and flexible role in Warrington? As a Mental Health Nurse, you will work within a highly structured and therapeutic environment, supporting individuals with enduring mental health conditions, personality disorders, and forensic histories. This service offers both acute and rehabilitation pathways, ensuring person-centred care that supports recovery, stability, and reintegration into the community.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate, recovery-focused care in a secure hospital environment
Support individuals with complex mental health and forensic needs
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high standards of clinical care
Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment, following safeguarding and risk management protocols
Requirements:
NMC registration as an RMN or RNLD
Experience in secure mental health, forensic, or secure hospital settings
A compassionate, patient-focused approach
Strong communication and risk management skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Valid PMVA training (if training not held, can be provided)
Valid ILS training (if training not held, can be provided)
Right to work in the UK, without the need for sp0ns0rship
Administer medication and monitor patient progress
