Job Title: Research Assistant II
Location: Fully Remote (Prefer West Coast)
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Pay Rate: $35/hr on W2

The team aims at driving innovation towards AMI from the data perspective, including better data curation algorithms and more efficient tools for data curation. We work on research in various modalities (e.g., RESUME, NLP, embodied AI) and build large scale data with high quality and diversity.
In this role, you will be embedded into the team of collaborators to convert data needs into solutions, such as new algorithms, new functionalities in our data tools, large datasets, or other artifacts. You expected to participate in the team publication effort to turn works into broad research outcomes and push the research frontier in AMI.
Qualifications:
- Research assistant with 2-4 years of experience in LLMs, foundation models, data research who can conduct independent research and engineering works
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, STEM or computer science.
- Familiarity with cloud clusters
- Experience using Pytorch and Python to develop learning tasks
- OM experience like machine learning
