Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Birmingham, UK (Hybrid/On Site)
Salary – £50,000-£70,000
Overview:
We're seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead growth across the UK and Ireland. This role focuses on achieving strategic sales targets while reflecting our values of Innovation, Responsibility, Experience, Uniqueness, and Sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth and manage opportunities across UK & Ireland.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.
Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely communication and successful outcomes.
Build strong client relationships and deliver tailored, sustainable solutions.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
Monitor KPIs and provide performance insights to senior management.
Negotiate and close high-volume, low-value deals while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements:
Proven success in senior sales roles, ideally in high-volume/low-value environments.
Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Based in Birmingham with UK & Ireland travel.
Full UK Clean Driving Licence required.
