As a Senior Paediatric Staff Nurse, you will:
Lead, support, and mentor junior nurses.
Deliver and evaluate holistic care plans for children with complex needs.
Step up to lead the unit in the absence of the Sister/Charge Nurse.
Drive quality improvement through audits and clinical governance.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

About You:
NMC Child Registered Nurse (RCN)
Clinical experience in paediatric neuro-rehabilitation and complex care.
Confident in supervising and mentoring colleagues.
Experience with tracheostomised patients (advantageous).
