Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8 years’ experience in systems processes, analysis, design, implementation, and monitoring system projects
- 3 years experience in data gathering and facilitation techniques
- Experience with TestComplete, QTest, and component testing
- Experience with system integration testing, load/performance/stress testing, and automated testing tools
- Proficiency in Selenium automation and web/mobile application testing
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and full Software Development Life Cycle
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for collaboration with various teams
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with testing web services and user interfaces
- Experience in designing and creating tests for REST API and integrations
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Actively participate in Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Scrum Meetings, and other agile activities
- Work closely with development, business, and quality teams to ensure alignment for successful product releases
- Develop comprehensive business procedures for Phases 1 and 2, managing the execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Define strategy for executing and maintaining test scripts, both regression, and new targeted tests
- Conduct test script reviews for other QA team members
- Participate in reviews of application designs, functional requirements, and specifications
