We are seeking a passionate and experienced Specialist Epilepsy Nurse to join our dedicated Health Agency team. This is a unique opportunity to play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to children, young people and adults with epilepsy and complex needs.

At St Elizabeth’s, you’ll be joining a caring, supportive and forward-thinking multi-disciplinary team, all united by a shared commitment to delivering exceptional care. This is a rewarding opportunity to use your specialist knowledge to positively impact the lives of the children and young people who live and learn with us.

About the Role
As our Epilepsy Specialist Nurse, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering outstanding, individualised epilepsy care. Working closely with colleagues across care and education, you’ll provide expert clinical guidance, practical support, and high-quality training to ensure we continue to meet the complex needs of those we support.

You’ll collaborate with our dedicated Health Agency team, including learning disability nurses, paediatric nurses and therapists. You will lead on the planning, implementation and evaluation of personalised epilepsy care plans, ensuring the highest standards of clinical practice are consistently delivered.
We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer a range of shift patterns:

9am – 5pm
7am – 2:30pm
1:45pm – 9pm
Some flexibility may occasionally be required to meet service needs.

About You
We’re looking for someone who brings both expertise and heart to their work.
You will:

Be a fully qualified Nurse registered with the NMC
Have evidence of ongoing professional development in Epilepsy care
Be committed to delivering person-centred, individualised care
Communicate clearly and compassionately with children, young people and their families
Feel confident supporting, motivating and developing colleagues across a multi-professional team
