"About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Data Scientist to lead, design, train, and validate GenAI/NLP/OCR models and Agentic AI for label extraction and compliance verification. This role will architect GenAI workflows using Vertex AI and Gemini, working closely with SMEs to ensure outputs meet FDA/USDA regulatory rules.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead the design and deployment of label extraction and rule validation models.
· Architect GenAI workflows leveraging Gemini, Vertex AI, Google Vision.
· Implement OCR solutions to process product packaging data.
· Collaborate with SMEs to refine accuracy through iterative testing and feedback.
· Build evaluation pipelines to measure accuracy, recall, and compliance adherence.
Qualifications
· 5+ years in AI/ML model development and deployment.
· Proven expertise in NLP, OCR, Gemini, Google Vision, Vertex AI.
· Strong proficiency with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
· Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and workflow orchestration.
· Understanding of ML Ops.
· Experience of Agentic AI flow creation and orchestration.
· Familiarity with cloud AI platforms (GCP, Azure ML)."
