We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to drive data-driven insights that inform strategic business decisions. This role blends advanced analytics, machine learning, and strong communication skills to deliver end-to-end analytical solutions in close partnership with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, highly analytical, and comfortable leading complex initiatives from problem definition through production deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Data Science & Machine Learning

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems.

Apply statistical methods and experimental design to validate findings and ensure data quality and integrity.

Explore and implement generative AI solutions to enhance analytical capabilities and business processes.

Drive end-to-end data science projects from ideation through implementation and optimization.
Analytics & Visualization

Create advanced, interactive dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to diverse audiences.

Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Identify innovative ways to measure impact and track model and solution performance.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into scalable analytical solutions.

Lead stakeholder engagement, clearly explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Influence decision-making through data-driven storytelling and insights.
Cloud & Production Deployment

Deploy, monitor, and maintain models in cloud-based environments.

Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure scalable, reliable, and secure production solutions.

Apply best practices for model lifecycle management and ongoing performance monitoring.
Leadership & Mentorship

Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the growth and maturity of the data science practice.

Promote best practices in analytics, modeling, and documentation across the team.
Required Qualifications

Python: Expert-level proficiency for data analysis, modeling, and automation.

Data Processing: Strong experience with pandas and PySpark for large-scale data processing.

SQL: Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

Statistics: Strong foundation in statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.

Machine Learning: Hands-on experience building, training, and deploying models in production.

Data Visualization: Proficiency with Plotly and Plotly Dash for production-grade, interactive visualizations.

Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP for data processing and model deployment.

Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage relationships and drive alignment across teams.

Education: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related); advanced degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with generative AI, including large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.

Experience with graph databases, graph analytics, and network-based algorithms.

Background in financial services or other regulated industries.

Familiarity with MLOps, model monitoring, and production governance best practices.
