Overview:
We are seeking a senior-level Scientific Business Analyst with deep domain expertise in preclinical manufacturing. This individual will lead complex cross-functional initiatives, bridging scientific, operational, and technical teams to deliver high-impact solutions. The role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional documentation skills, and experience guiding teams through digital transformations in scientific environments.
Responsibilities:

Lead requirements gathering and analysis for high-visibility initiatives in preclinical manufacturing.

Serve as a trusted advisor to scientific teams, translating research workflows into scalable system requirements.

Drive adoption and optimization of platforms like Jira, Lucidchart, and potentially Benchling across teams.

Author detailed user stories, functional specs, and process documentation aligned with GxP and regulatory expectations.

Mentor junior Client and act as the liaison between scientific users and technical implementation teams.

Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and technology alignment.
Required Skills:

7+ years of business analysis experience, with at least 5 years in a life sciences or manufacturing setting.

Proven ability to lead large-scale initiatives involving scientific and IT stakeholders.

Deep knowledge of requirements documentation, workflow analysis, and scientific business processes.

Expertise with tools such as Jira, Lucidchart, and Confluence; Benchling experience highly preferred.

Strong communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
Preferred:

Background in preclinical, biologics, or early-stage manufacturing environments.

Experience supporting regulated environments or working with GxP-compliant systems.
