Overview:

We are seeking a senior-level Scientific Business Analyst with deep domain expertise in preclinical manufacturing. This individual will lead complex cross-functional initiatives, bridging scientific, operational, and technical teams to deliver high-impact solutions. The role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional documentation skills, and experience guiding teams through digital transformations in scientific environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirements gathering and analysis for high-visibility initiatives in preclinical manufacturing.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to scientific teams, translating research workflows into scalable system requirements.

  • Drive adoption and optimization of platforms like Jira, Lucidchart, and potentially Benchling across teams.

  • Author detailed user stories, functional specs, and process documentation aligned with GxP and regulatory expectations.

  • Mentor junior Client and act as the liaison between scientific users and technical implementation teams.

  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and technology alignment.

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years of business analysis experience, with at least 5 years in a life sciences or manufacturing setting.

  • Proven ability to lead large-scale initiatives involving scientific and IT stakeholders.

  • Deep knowledge of requirements documentation, workflow analysis, and scientific business processes.

  • Expertise with tools such as Jira, Lucidchart, and Confluence; Benchling experience highly preferred.

  • Strong communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.

Preferred:

  • Background in preclinical, biologics, or early-stage manufacturing environments.

  • Experience supporting regulated environments or working with GxP-compliant systems.
