Job Description:
Essential Function:
- 35% Interaction Design to lead card sorting activities, Create Content strategy. Conceptualize navigation schemas, search schema & taxonomies.
- Identify user scenarios, create sitemap, task flows, user flows, and wireframes.
- Lead the team to review UX interaction design and provide guidance and mentorship.
- 30% Visual Design to create UI mockups, Review UI mockups created by UX team members, and guide the team members to improve the design.
- Contribute to the improvement of the enterprise-level Design system and support its maintenance.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure the UX/UI standards/guidelines can be applied to development artifacts in the final delivery of the product.
- 20% UX Research to lead the UX research phase.
- Define a UX research technique.
- Recruit user research participants.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, user interviews.
- Deliver user research findings or reports.
- Conduct competitive analysis, market assessment, heuristic evaluation, and deliver results or reports. Develop personas, empathy maps, and user journey maps.
- Perform quantitative, qualitative user testing and compile findings reports.
- Mentoring other team members on the research technique.
- 15% UX Strategy & Planning to define the UX strategy for the product.
- Create a UX roadmap. Plan UX activities and deliverables.
- Define UX metrics and use them to improve the user experience throughout our product lifecycle, leveraging web analytics where required.

Education Level:
- Bachelor's Degree.
Experience:
- 5 years of related experience
Education:
- Instead of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 50% UX Research to lead the UX research phase.
- Define a UX research technique.
- Recruit user research participants.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of markup language HTML/CSS, Advanced
- Experience in user research and user testing tools, Advanced
- Basic knowledge of Lean UX and Agile environments, Expert
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal., Expert
- Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines., Advanced
- Experience in Adobe XD, Axure, Balsamiq, Invision, UXPin, InDesign, Sketch, and , Advanced
Licenses/Certifications:
- User Experience Certified User Experience Professional (CUEP) Preferred.
