JOB DESCRIPTION
- The QA Analyst will work as part of an agile content management product team, supporting digital e-commerce initiatives and web redesign projects.
- This role involves executing test cases, identifying and documenting defects, updating regression test suites, and validating production releases.
- The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in grooming sessions, support User Acceptance Testing, and report testing metrics to the QA Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute test cases, regression testing, system testing, and UAT.
- Document, triage, and track defects during sprints.
- Participate in sprint planning, grooming, and scrum activities.
- Validate site and checkout flows post-production release.
- Maintain test data, order needs, and regression suites.
- Collaborate with QA Lead and product teams to identify dependencies.
- Contribute to continuous learning and test coverage improvements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3 5 years QA experience (minimum 2 years required).
- Strong background in e-commerce, UI/UX, and website testing.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
- Experience with test planning, requirement mapping, and defect management.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (QA certs nice to have).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, TestRail, and other test management tools.
- Experience with Mable automation framework or other low-code testing tools.
- Strong written/verbal communication and ability to work with distributed teams.
