As a Urology Theatre Scrub Practitioner, you will:
Act as the scrub practitioner for various urological procedures, maintaining strict aseptic techniques.
Work confidently with robotic-assisted surgeries, especially using the da Vinci system.
Prepare and maintain a sterile surgical environment with optimally prepared instruments.
Anticipate and support the surgical team's needs during complex procedures.
Stay updated on the latest urological surgical techniques and innovations.
Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anaesthetists, and the wider team.
Contribute to a positive and patient-focused theatre culture.

About You
The ideal Urology Theatre Scrub Practitioner will have:
Current NMC Pin or HCPC Registration
Post-graduate experience as a Scrub Practitioner in an operating theatre
Strong experience in robotic-assisted surgery, particularly with the da Vinci system
A passion for urology and minimally invasive techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
