Title: UX Researcher

About the Role
The role is for a UX Researcher whose focus will be on initiatives that support product discovery and development for business messaging. The person should have 3-5 years experience in qualitative research, with demonstrated skills in moderation and analysis. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights that inform product design and strategy.
Responsibilities
– Design and conduct qualitative user research studies to inform product decisions.
– Analyze and synthesize research findings to deliver clear, actionable recommendations.
– Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to integrate user insights into product development.
– Present research results to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
– Maintain research documentation and ensure data integrity throughout the research process.
Minimum Requirements
– Proven experience in UX research, including multiple qualitative methodologies.
– Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Familiarity with industry-standard research tools and techniques.
– Must be authorized to work in the United States.
