Four Paws Animal Clinic is seeking a Veterinary Technician to Join our Amazing Team!
Pay Range: $16 – $20 / hour

The ideal candidate:
Must be a team player who is dependable and organized. We are looking for someone who is reliable, motivated, caring, and comfortable in a fast-paced, challenging, but fun environment.

Responsibilities:

Patient examinations
Surgical/dental procedures
Client communications
Animal restraint
Stocking exam and surgical rooms
Sterilizing tools
Maintaining the cleanliness of the clinic
Perform nail trims, clean and bandage wounds
Collect samples
Perform laboratory testing
Place IV catheters
Perform x-rays
Administer medication

Qualifications:

Self-motivated
Commitment to high-quality patient care
Rapid and efficient in multitasking
Detail oriented
Able to maintain composure in a fast paced, emotional environment
Available to work from 7:45 AM to 6:00 PM and rotating Saturdays
Able to lift 50 pounds
Certification a plus, but not a requirement
Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a veterinary setting
