We’re on a mission for happier, healthier vets and pets
We know that a healthy work-life balance is crucial to keeping you at your best. This is the commitment we have made since day one and is ingrained in the way we do business. Enjoy uncompromising standards of care professionally and unparalleled quality of life personally.
Our vision is to provide an exceptional working environment for our veterinary partners and employees, and deliver a level of convenience and service so incomparable that our customers become our greatest advocates. In addition, ReadiVet focuses on transforming the experience through giving our teams the autonomy to practice without worrying about the back office functions that take away valuable time spent with pets and their owners.
We know traditional vet clinics can be stressful and often feel like patients are being shuffled in and out without the opportunity to engage in a meaningful way. Here at ReadiVet, our veterinary teams spend up to one full hour with each pet in the comfort of the client’s own home. A ReadiVet veterinary technician will assist our veterinarians with fulfilling in-home veterinary care. We are looking for motivated, experienced veterinary technicians who are excited to join a non-traditional vet experience.
What is unique about our model?
Employee-centered culture and operating model
Predominately in-home patient care
A typical day for our veterinary teams is limited to 8-10 patients
Direct interaction with leadership and influence over policies (yes, we value transparency, with clear, straightforward communication)
Flexible schedules (no more evenings, late nights, or weekends)
No on-call duty
Daily meal breaks
No walk-ins that lead to double or triple booked appointments
At least 3 years of experience and/or veterinary technician license.
Must be comfortable caring for patients in front of clients including restraining animals, blood draws, placing catheters, etc.
Must be an excellent communicator and comfortable speaking with clients
Must be a team player
Must be able to work Monday-Friday from 8:00am-6:00pm
Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs (we bring our equipment with us)
Valid state-issued driver’s license
Competitive pay commensurate with experience
Quarterly performance bonuses
Paid holidays and vacation days
Health, dental, and vision insurance
401k retirement plan with 3% employer matching
Long-term and short-term disability insurance (100% employer paid)
Life insurance (100% employer paid)
CE allowance for licensed technicians
Discounted pet care for your personal pets
Monogrammed uniforms (100% employer paid)
Monthly cell phone stipend
ReadiVet is a tobacco-free workplace.
