ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for operating tools used in wafer level STEM metrology process, including FIB, TEM-Link and TEM

Run metrology measurements, evaluate and report the results  

Monitor and facilitate wafer move in the fab

Coordinate with team to ensure smooth workflow

Communicate with customers about job requirements and progress, provide fee
