MS. or Ph.D in EE/CS, telecommunication or relative profession 2. Research or development experience in L1, L2/3, NAS/IMS or radio performances areas 3. Familiar with mobile cellular communication system, core network or relative specification. 4. Self-motivated, good team work capability and cross-nation collaboration capability.
