We are searching for a Biomedical Technician I to perform diversified duties in providing general equipment repairs, preventive maintenance, maintaining, testing and other related duties both within and in support of the Clinical Engineering Department at all three (3) hospital sites. On occasion, subject to on-call per needs of the department. Responsible for own work. # Hours: 40 hours per week Shift:## 8:00 am # 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday Location: #St. Luke#s Hospital, 101 Page Street, New Bedford, MA Travel:# May require driving on average 3 or more times per week.# Education and/or Experience Requirements: Equal to completion of four years of high school plus additional specialized courses or training. An Associate#s Degree in an appropriate field is preferred.
