M3 Wake Research has 16 owned and managed research sites across 7 states in the US and continues to grow. Due to continued growth and expansion, we are seeking a Clinical Research Patient Recruiter to join our team in Chattanooga, TN.

The Clinical Research Patient Recruiter will pre-screen and schedule subjects based on assigned studies by demonstrating a knowledge of study requirements and schedules. They are also responsible for maintaining a working knowledge of all actively-enrolling and upcoming trials.

Responsibilities

* Develop pre-screen scripts for upcoming studies as needed or assigned
* Conduct pre-screen scripts with subjects via phone or in-person
* Navigate multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy
* Provide subjects with study information
* Schedule patients for appointments
* Research required information
* Follow-up with the subject via calls or emails
* Conduct outreach projects using database information
* Complete reports for management
* Conduct outreach and attend special events as needed and available

Requirements

* Nursing background strongly preferred
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Knowledge of medical terminology and medications
* Outstanding customer service skills
* Excellent telephone manners and listening skills
* Proficient in Microsoft, especially in Word and Excel
* Excellent time-management skills, ability to multitask, and attention to detail
* Proactive and able to work independently
* Accurate data entry skills
* Six months of call center experience preferred
