Job Details Responsible for perform sample evaluation, identify potential causes for failure mode reported to the customers. Performing problem solving tools and resolutions for existing and new products reports coming from external customers. * Coordinates the return of products samples; performs visual inspection and preliminary investigations related to product issues; forwards samples and preliminary investigation reports to responsible departments; reviews the responses; and notifies the customer of the result * Documents product complaints into the database for trending and analysis, and ensures the complaint process is completed in accordance with procedures. * Ensures that all product complaints are screened for potential safety issues, reported accurately, and complaints are closed out in a timely manner. Generates daily, weekly, and monthly trending reports. * Understand customer requirement, product specification, product application, manufacturing process and control. * Conducts higher level data analysis and utilizes reporting tools with ability to present data and results in a comprehensive, detailed, and organized fashion. * Escalates complaints/product performance issues to Management.
