The Agent Analytics team powers the Premier Agent business with insights and recommendations to influence business strategy and move the company forward. About the role Agent Analytics works cross-functionally with partners across the entire business to drive customer satisfaction, transactions, and revenue. More specifically, you will: – Improve the business: Proactively identify areas of opportunity in the PA business, operational processes, and product suite – Work cross-functionally: be involved in large-scale strategic projects working to define priorities, documenting analytics deliverables, and influence strategic direction with data – Drive revenue and conversion: Support our sales operations, marketing and partner success teams to evaluate and recommend paths to improve revenue and productivity This role has been categorized as a Remote position. Remote employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role. We’re seeking a data scientist with the following qualifications: – An undergraduate or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g. mathematics, finance, statistics, or similar) or confirmed experience within data science and analytics – 2+ years of work experience involving quantitative data analysis and complex problem solving – Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex issues and detailed analysis into simple, structured frameworks with concrete action plans – Demonstrated experience working with large data sets and applying statistical models, including predictive modeling – Strong proficiency in SQL (e.g. Hive, Presto), Tableau, and Excel; experience using R and/or Python Transferable Skills Here at Zillow – we value the experience and perspective of candidates with non-traditional backgrounds.
