The Creative team at Cash App looks at our broader ecosystem and determines the approach in how we can build better cohesion across the product. You as a Researcher on this team will be responsible for taking a holistic perspective to drive formative research that will guide our understanding of the motivations and unmet needs of our customers.
You will be responsible for executing research that helps improve our foundational product structure and ecosystem. Through a systematic lens, you will partner closely with our Design Systems group to anticipate how user needs will grow and change over time. Your work will be critical in helping us to define our understanding of how we can help redefine peoples relationship with their finances.
WHAT YOULL DO:
Design and conduct studies across important product areas, using methods such as ethnographic/field research, diary studies, surveys, user/usability testing (remote and in-person), ideation workshops, and any other methods you find impactful.
Embrace a mixed-methods approach to your work and partner with our data science team to balance your research with both qualitative and quantitative perspectives
You will ensure research is completed in a thoughtful and rigorous way, learnings are clearly communicated, and insights are used to inform product decisions.
Find creative ways to produce, present, and promote research findings and recommendations throughout the company, to help cultivate the voice of our customers.
