Provides interpretation of complex requirements. Develops quality metrics, design and production certification plans for large programs to ensure compliance with contractual, Company and regulatory requirements. Develops Quality criteria to support supplier selection activities. Leads various reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into product designs. Develops and selects methods for analysis, testing and audit to ensure manufacturing and test readiness. Assists in development of new standards repairs for non-conformances. Analyzes non-conformance trends to evaluate effectiveness of corrective actions. Develops and implements corrective actions. Performs benchmarking and other forms of advanced analysis to ensure specified processes capability levels are achieved. Works under minimal direction. Position Responsibilities: Researches contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements for applicability to specific proposals and program processes and documentation. Analyzes capability assessments to support supplier selection activities. Participates in various reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into product designs. Performs data analysis to ensure manufacturing and test readiness. Provides material review dispositions for non-conformances. Analyzes non-conformance trends to evaluate effectiveness of corrective actions. Provides Quality interpretation of requirements. Develops quality metrics, design and production certification plans for small programs to ensure compliance with contractual, Company and regulatory requirements. Conducts capability assessments and process validations to support supplier selection activities. Participates in various reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into product designs. Performs analysis, tests and process audits to ensure manufacturing and test readiness. Provides material review dispositions for non-conformances. Recommends corrective actions to address non-conformances. Performs benchmarking and other forms of analysis to ensure specified processes capability levels are achieved. Works autonomously with limited supervision This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. US Person includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 5+ Experience using computers, including typing and utilization of the Microsoft Office suite. 3+ years experience applying Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA), or other similar rigorous problem/analysis/resolution, processes to engineering development and manufacturing/production efforts. Experience working with AS9100 and/or similar QMS standard. Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): A Bachelors degree or higher.
