You’ll not only be a key lead the design and development of projects, you will also determine the approach taken to each assignment, coordinating with colleagues in other functions throughout the process. The Expert Software Test Engineer is a key leader in the product development team, responsible for: The successful execution of software development activities relating to test planning, execution and design verification. Creation of test verification plans, and review of test specifications Managing and facilitating software test planning including test execution (quality and progress) at sub-contractor organizations. Participating in requirement definition phases of product generation and ensures the requirements are defined to be testable. Reporting of test and verification activities for new products. Managing defect review and evaluation in partnership with the Design Responsible for the product. Leading, organizing, and driving improvement of test team(s) including external partners. Identifying and leading selected quality process improvement initiatives. Driving the selection, installation, configuration and implementation of appropriate test tools and procedures. Defining and monitoring best practices for software test infrastructure. Solving a broad range of problems of varying scope and complexity relating to software generated by our team and its interfaces to other systems and devices. Monitoring industry trends for technological evolutions and leverages appropriate technology Thoroughly understanding and translating both IEC 62304 and FDA Design Controls and their application to product development. }, { label: Qualifications Qualifications Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent. Experience with Verification activities in a regulated environment Proven track record of specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in job.
