If this sounds like fun, we would love to hire someone with your skills and abilities to join our R&D organization.This position seeks a motivated Scientist to join the P&G Global Product Stewardship (GPS) team supporting Global Beauty -Skin and Personal Care as a North America Regulatory Affairs Manager. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: Develop Go-To-Market regulatory strategies and assessment in support of current business and new product initiatives. THE CANDIDATE WILL:
* Monitor and influence applicable regulations/standards in the US
* Assess competitive landscape and proactively advise on regulatory strategies, actions to be taken with regards to compliance opportunities or regulatory vulnerabilities.
EDUCATION: WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH A BACHELOR’S OR MASTER’S DEGREE IN THE FIELD OF: Life Science or Chemical Program REQUIREMENTS (SKILLS / EXPERIENCES) FOR THE ROLE:
* Ability to form strong partnerships with multiple customers and functions- globally
* Have strong understanding or the ability to grow this understanding of regulations that govern product category
* 3 years Regulatory experience with FDA or other regulatory agencies desired, but not required.
