A Place to Be Proud Responsibilities: What Will You Be Doing? Accurately processes patient specimens. Coordinates couriers for transport of specimens and supplies from physician offices, hospital labs, and other clients. Performs accurate and timely generation of laboratory report mailings and reports results accurately and timely according to protocol (measured- callback audit). Utilizes CRM for client request/ concerns, supply requests, specimen tracking and courier assignments. Assumes primary responsibility for phone communication and customer service support for the laboratory and Prepares test requisitions, supplies and collection kits. Qualifications: What Are We Looking For? Bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory science; or a chemical, physical or biological science from an accredited institution. Prefer American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) certified. Flow cytometry experience preferred but not required.
