As a Lead Design Researcher, you will elevate the voices of our associates to help support our strategic vision. You ll_Make_An_Impact_By * Developing and executing against strategy to support Walmart s Global Associate Engagement Survey likely the largest survey of its kind across the private sector. * Driving strategy and executing against strategy to scale associate research capabilities and use cases by understanding business objectives and analyzing business partner needs; ensuring business needs are being met. * Leading the implementation of associate research programs, projects, and capabilities. * Driving the execution of multiple business plans, programs, and research projects. * Working quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality and knowing how to adapt to the ever-changing priorities of the business. * Staying up-to-date with the latest industry news and developments. * Contributing to team processes and standards to help establish best practices for research. * Having strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. You ll sweep us off our feet if you have… * Strong working knowledge and extensive experience with sampling techniques, psychometric principles, survey design, and associate research methodologies, and how to apply them in a fast-moving organization. * Master’s Degree or higher in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Applied Statistics, Behavioral Sciences or related field. * Ability to work without close supervision but you seek out and welcome feedback from senior leaders and managers. * Ability to produce great work in short timeframes, multi-task across different projects and platforms as well as adapt to the ever-changing priorities of the business. * Experience in a supplier-side research firm.
