The Challenge The Adobe Stock mission is to offer all creatives access to all the creative content and asset types they might need to be successful in their creative projects, industries and company sizes. As part of Adobe, elevating the quality of the Stock content we offer will be a key objective. The role will contribute to the optimization of search results and content discoverability, enhance sales effectiveness and drive brand consistency for Adobe Stock through the review, editing and creation of metadata for Adobe Stock creative assets. What You’ll Be Working On Perform QC on select contributor and external vendor keywording and titling Communicate with keyword vendors, contributors and internal business constituents on metadata best practices, including the generation of keyword feedback and methodology guidelines Enhance and clean up keywords and titles for Adobe Stock creative assets Monitor and respond to metadata project requests and issues/complaints surfaced via Slack, Podio tickets, etc; initiate/assign/manage related tasks Leverage technical skills to develop automated scripts and database solutions to drive Metadata Operations scale What You’ll Bring to the Team Must-Haves: 3+ years of experience in the media and entertainment industry direct experience working in a commercial/marketplace-focused context Degree in Library & Information Science Experience developing controlled vocabularies Experience with Python to write automated data review/clean-up scripts Experience managing data transfer formats (JSON, XML) Database management experience (SQL, MySQL) Expertise in creating clear documentation Acute attention to detail, critical thinking skills and excellent written/verbal communication skills Ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset Proven ability to perform under high-volume, fast-paced, dynamic and deadline-centric conditions Nice-to-Haves: Collaborative, curious and research-driven approach to responsibilities Experience training or presenting to internal and external stakeholders Knowledge of metadata schemas specific to creative assets (IPTC, XMP) Data analytics skills, including Web Analytics Tools like Adobe Analytics Familiarity with Tableau or any other visualization tools Exposure to machine learning training and methodologies Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications and expert level command of Microsoft Office applications
