A minimum two-year commitment is required. Responsibilities Cell culture work including passaging cells and doing growth curves. Cell based assays including cytotoxicity assay, proliferation, migration and immune cell activation. Molecular biology work including cloning, transfection, infection, flow cytometry, westerns and real-time PCR etc. Advanced animal work including surgeries, stereotaxic injections and tail veil injection etc. Animal husbandry including breeding, tagging, genotyping, and keeping track of cages/crosses, etc. Basic animal work including measuring weights and tumor size. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Ph.D. degree in biomedical research field received within the last 3 years. Previous experience with sophisticated immunology work, cell based co-culture assays, molecular biology or animal work (surgeries).
